Being Thankful

I love this time of year and feel incredibly blessed.  I have a wonderful husband who is an amazing father, two cuddly dogs, and beautiful daughter who I can't get enough of.  We had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving this year with our families.  It's hard to believe that this time next year Cameron will be eating turkey and dressing!

Cameron's adorable outfit was smocked with love by Steve's aunt Phuong

11 Weeks Old

I'm a week behind on posting these pictures, but here she is at 11 weeks.  Cameron, your daddy has many nicknames for you already and one of those is "Mini C"...from the looks of these we won't be able to call you that much longer! :)

10 Weeks Old

In the last few weeks Cameron is starting to smile and coo so much.  She is beginning to try and find her thumb so we will see if that continues and we saw her first tears that she cried at her 2 month doctors appointment because of the 5 shots she received.  :(  Her sleeping patterns are starting to get more predicable going down between 8-9p and sleeping till 4 or 5 which means mommy gets to sleep that long as well!!  I go back to work in a few short weeks so I hope this pattern continues or I'm going to need some extra strong coffee!

Cameron's First Road Trip

My mom and I took a road trip up to visit two of Cameron's great-grandparents, my mom's dad Paw Paw so that he could meet Cameron his first great-granddaughter and my dad's mom Gram.  Cameron did wonderful on the trip, she slept all the way up there and all the way back.  I am so thankful that she has great-grandparents on both sides that she has been able to meet.  Here are a few pictures from the trip and some from an earlier visit with Gram...these pictures are priceless for me.

9 Weeks Old

We have been taking her weekly pictures on the same pillow to see how big she is getting and early on the pillow looked much bigger than Cameron.  I think the tables are starting to turn and Cameron is starting to look bigger than the pillow!

TCU vs. Utah Game Watching Party

We had some people over last weekend to watch the much anticipated TCU game vs. Utah.  Cameron had her game day gear on courtesy of our friends Dave and Sarah Peterson and Cameron's friend Brooklyn came over to the party.  Go Frogs!

Ready for the big game!

Baby C Trying to Talk

We go to Steve's parents every week for dinner and last week when we were there Cameron was definitely on her A game and was talking and laughing like crazy!  Steve caught it on video and we have watched it over and over again.

2 Months Old

My baby is 2 months old!  The last 8 weeks have gone by so fast and each day she is changing and growing and just when I think I can't love her anymore than I do at that moment my heart grows even bigger for her.  Baby C your daddy and I love you so much and we are so blessed to have you as our little girl.

Just chillin'

Hello everyone!

Happy Halloween

For the last 3 years my friend Tara has had a Halloween party and where she lives they shut down the street for the kids to trick or treat and for the adults to enjoy themselves!  We looked long and hard for a costume for Cameron, but everything was too big so she just wore a cute Halloween outfit.  Next year we will go all out!
